Sometimes I wonder what life would be like with out lemons. When things don't seem to be going as planned most of us dwell on why..why did this have to happen to me?
As I see it life is what we make of it, we can either dwell on the why's or we can look at a new day. Looking ahead to a new day may just be what we all need to do.
Not every person looks at life the same way, but if we all took the time to look at others, then maybe we will start to realize that our lives aren't that bad.
No one ever said that life would be easy, but it's what we do with the hard life that matters the most. When you think that your life is just not worth the life your living, then take a look and realize what every child abuse victim has to live with. The thought that their innocence was stripped from them just isn't fair.For a lifetime these victims have to learn how to continue living, even when the darkest of days still continue to give them nightmares.
Many victims have to do without the care that they need to carry them through. They sometimes feel as if they are all alone in this big world to fight a never ending battle, but if we took a stand for eveyr victim who is still fighting a fight then maybe they will use their life of lemons and stand up beside us and proudly say enough is enough and you won't hurt me anymore.
So when you walk down the street and you think to yourself what is life worth fighting for, think of every victim and child who has had to endure the worst kind of lemons thrown at them and realize that those victims..those children.. all children are worth the fight worth fighting.
Life does throw us lemons, but we need to stop dwelling in our moments and realize that no Lemon is worth giving up on the fight of a lifetime.
Your life, My life and Their life are all worth the fight to keep on fighting. None of us have to fight our fight alone. We just need to know what life really means to us and use that for a greater good,
As for me sometimes I do feel that the lemon is getting the best of me, but then I realize that their is at least one person out in this world who has a worse lemon then me. I think of all the children and victims who would be without one less person trying to fight for a better life just for them. Life is what you make of it. you can either let the lemon get the best of you or you can use that lemon and turn it into something good. The choice is yours. I just hope that you make that right choice and join me and Precious Innocence in our fight for a better future. Giving every child out there hope for a better life!
